Bylaws Changes Approved by the Board

At its June meeting, the Co-op’s Board of Directors approved several changes to the Co-op’s bylaws. Bylaw amendments such as these do not adversely affect the rights of members nor change the basic ownership or governance structure of the Co-op, and can be approved by a vote of the board rather than the full membership. Making these changes is important to ensure that our bylaws are consistent with our practices and to enshrine additional membership rights in our governing document.
